Leadership and Life Coaching

 Lizzy became certified in 2014 as a Certified Professional Coach under the reputable and one of the top coaching programs in the nation, Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). 

Our leadership coaching is a framework that is flexible in its approach and its frequency of support for school leaders, teachers and anyone interested in growing.  

  We dive into an inquiry surrounding energy with the Energetic Self-Perception chart, Dare to Lead tenets, and Personal Wheel of Life. 

We work together to gather data to determine the scope and intent of your goals.  

An assessment will be made to determine your Energy Leadership Index, identify key trends or themes, and hinderances. We will report the findings which will then lead us to an action plan of processes, strategies, and behaviors for the next year. The key then is to cement this practice into sustainability.   

When the leadership coaching begins, we will utilize Dare to Lead principles and tie in the keynote speaking topics, Lizzy’s expertise and energy are often a few of the reasons clients engage in coaching or any other services Dr. Perez offers.
