Vision: To evoke awareness and stimulate worthwhile change in self and others.
Mission: We engage in deep learning and ongoing practice.
Purpose:
Leadership. Not only have we experienced a healthcare pandemic, we are also still in a racial, education, and leadership pandemic. It is up to us to adjust the rudder on the "ship" of leadership by calling for evolving leaders and making sure they are not using such indicators to measure their success: status, material achievement, and compulsive busyness. I want to help reimagine leadership for all industries and all workplaces.
Core Values:
Systematic
Intuitive
Trustworthy
Self-actualizing
Intentional
Daring
